Hummus
Ingredientes:
– 100 gramos de garavanzos (a remollo do día anterior)
– especias varias (podedes empregar as vosas preferidas)
– curry ao gusto
– sal
– 2 allos
– aceite de oliva virxe extra
– pementón
Preparación paso a paso:
1. Cocemos os garavanzos durante unha hora.
Bo proveito!!!

Hummus
A simple and easy Hummus recipe. Although not the traditional recipe because we won’t be using neither lemon nor tahini, the flavour is absolutely tasty! We will use different spices and a touch of curry. Let’s go!
Ingredients:
– 100 gr chickpeas (soak overnight)
– different spices (you can use your favourite ones)
– curry (at your choice)
– salt
– 2 garlic cloves
– extra virgin olive oil
– paprika
Step by step preparation:
1. Boil the chickpeas for an hour.
2. Combine the chickpeas with some water we used to boil in a blender. Add the 2 garlic cloves and combine again. You can add water bit by bit until you get a mashed potato texture.
3. Add the spices and some curry and mix again.
4. Place in a plate and make a well in the middle, add some olive oil and spread some paprika on top. And that’s it!
You can taste it on top of toasted bread, it’s really good! Enjoy!!!
