Pizziñas exprés
Ás veces dános un chisco de nogalla facer as pizzas na casa, por iso de amasar, agardar a que masa levede, darlle forma co rolo de amasar… pois con esta sinxela receita, en só 5 ou 10 minutiños teredes unhas mini pizzas boísimas! Só precisamos masa para facer empanadiñas e os ingredientes que lles queiramos poñer. A que é boa idea? Imos aló!
Ingredientes para 6 pizziñas:
– 6 masas para empanadiñas*
– prebe de tomate
– ourego
– mozzarella relada
– cogomelos varios
– atún
– rúcula
– noces
– queixos varios
*Eu empreguei as da marca La Napolitana, unha marca de pasta fresca galega. Están boísimas e, polo momento, das mellores masas para empanadiñas que probei. Eu merqueinas no Froiz da Praza do Toural e no Carrefour das Cancelas.
Preparación paso a paso:
1. Sacamos 6 masa e poñémolas sobre un papel vexetal na bandexa do forno (sen o prástico que traen elas).
2. Botámoslle o prebe de tomate, ourego e mozzarella relada.
3. E agora só queda engadir o resto dos ingredientes. Como se fan tan axiña, teremos que pasar pola tixola ingredientes coma os cogomelos, ou se empregades carne. Non o teremos que facer cos queixos, atún, rúcula…
4. E estas son as pizziñas que fixen eu:
5. Enfornamos a 200º só con calor por abaixo durante uns 5-10 minutiños ou ata que a masa estea dourada e crocante. E listo!
Unha maneira ben doada e rápida de papar pizza, sen pasar moito tempo na cociña e cun resultado excelente! Polo que se algunha vez tedes antollo de pizza e non hai tempo para facer masa caseira, botade man desta receita e dun paquete de masa para empanadiñas e nun intre teredes unhas pizziñas saborososas e ben xeitosas! 😉

Quick little pizzas
We sometimes feel like eating pizza made at home, but we feel somehow lazy to spend so many time working in the kitchen, kneading the dough, waiting for it to rise, giving it form with the rolling pin…well, then, today is your lucky day because you’ll learn how to make little pizzas in just 5-10 minutes! We just need some round pastries for pasties (like those we used in tuna pasties) and the pizza toppings we’ll use. Great idea, huh? Let’s go!
Ingredients for 6 little pizzas:
– 6 small round pastries*
– tomato sauce
– oregano
– grated mozzarella
– some mushrooms
– tuna
– rocket salad
– walnuts
– differents types of cheese
*I used this fresh pasta Galician brand: La Napolitana.
Step by step preparation:
1. Put 6 pastries over a baking sheet on a baking tray. Remember to remove the plastic they usually have to protect them from sticking to one another.
2. Add some tomato sauce, oregano and the grated mozzarella.
3. And now, we just have to add the rest of the ingredients. As they cook so quickly, we will have to cook some ingredients, such ad the mushrooms, os meat before adding them to the pizza. The rest of the ingredients such as the tuna, cheese, rocket salad…won’t need any previous cooking.
4. And these are the pizzas I made:
5. Bake at 200°C/400°F for 5-10 minutes or until dough is golden brown and crunchy. And that’s it!
A very simple and quick way of eating pizza without spending so much time in the kitchen and with an excellent result. So if you ever feel like eating pizza a lot and you have no time to prepare the homemade crust, use this recipe and some small round pastries and you’ll have this so cute and tasty little pizzas! 😉
