Cando tes un blogue de receitas ves receitas por todas partes. Non importa onde vaias, só pensas en receitas e máis receitas. En probar diferentes lambonadas e pratos apra poder poñérvolos aquí e que vos animedes a preparalos. E cando vas comer fóra e che gusta algún prato, xa estás pensando… Que leva? Como se fará? E se probo a facelo na casa a ver se me sae? E así xurdiu este prato. A súa elaboración é moi doada e con moi pouquiños ingredientes, teremos un prato ben resultón. Ademais, está moi rico tanto frío coma quente, polo que é o petisco perfecto cando temos convidados, ou para nós mesmos, que tamén o gañamos, non? 😀 Imos aló!

Ingredientes:

– 100 gramos de gambas ou lagostinos
– aceite de oliva virxe extra
– 3 ou 4 follas de alfábega
– masa brick ou filo
– 1 ovo batido
– vinagre de módena ou prebe de soia e xenxibre

Preparación paso a paso:

1. Picamos coa batedora ou na picadora o aceite de oliva e as follas de alfábega ata facer un prebe de alfábega e remollamos as gambas nesta mestura.

2. A continuación, escorrémolas e cortamos cadradiños de masa brick para enrolar as gambas.

3. Cando xa esteamos chegando ao final, esparexemos o ovo batido para pechar a masa.

4. Fritimos en aceite ben quente ata que estean dourariñas polos dous lados. E listo!

Opcionalmente, mais moi recomendábel, podemos esparexer xenxibre moído e botarlles prebe de soia ou vinagre de módena por riba, quédalle moooi ben! Estes roliños tamén se poden facer ao forno, mais quedan un chisco máis secos, e non vos preocupedes polo aceite, pois a masa non queda nada aceitosa e fanse moi lixeiros. Un petisco ben orixinal, diferente e que ha gustar a tódolos comensais, xa veredes! 🙂

And that’s how this recipe came to the blog. The step by step is very simple and you just need a few ingredients to prepare a dish which not only looks different but tastes delicious! Besides, you can eat it either hot or cold, so it’s the perfect dish when we have guests at home, or just to surprise ourselves with a brand new flavourful dish. Let’s go!

Ingredientes:

– 100 gr prawns/shrimps
– extra virgin olive oil
– 3 or 4 leaves fresh basil
– phyllo dough
– 1 beaten egg
– Modena vinegar or soy sauce and ground ginger

Step by step preparation:

1. Process in a food processor olive oil and fresh basil leaves until you get a “basil oil” and soak shrimps in it.

2. Then, strain them and, phyllo dough into squares and start rolling the shrimps.

3. When getting to the end of the dough, spread some beaten egg to close the wrap.

4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. And that’s it!

If you want to add it a special touch, you can sprinkle some ground ginger, soy sauce or Modena vinegar. Believe me, it does make a difference! These phyllo-wrapped shrimps can be also made in the oven, but they are drier than fried, and don’t worry about oil, this kind of dough does not absorb too much oil. An extremely delicious snack everyone will be crazy about! Promise!!!
