Crumble de mazá
O crumble de mazá é unha das sobremesas perfectas para o Nadal, lixeiro, sinxelo, rápido e quentiño 🙂 E para darlle un toque especial, engadirémoslle un chisco de crema de augardente e unhas améndoas, tan típicas nos produtos do Nadal 😀 A receita faise nun plis e está absolutamente de medo. Imos aló!
Ingredientes:
– 2 mazás
– 30 gramos de azucre
– 1 chisco de crema de augardente
– Para o crumble: 90 gramos de fariña, 20 gramos de améndoa, 60 gramos de manteiga e 50 gramos de azucre moreno.
Preparación paso a paso:
1. Pelamos as mazás, cortámolas en anacos e botámoslle os 30 gramos de azucre.
2. Mentres repousa, preparamos o crumble. Mesturamos a améndoa picada, a fariña, a manteiga desfeita e o azucre. E amasamos 😉
3. A continuación, botamos un chisco de crema de augardente nos moldes do forno e por riba, as mazás en anacos.
4. Cubrimos co crumble e enfornamos a 200ºC durante uns 20 minutos. E listo!
O crumble quedará moi crocante e as mazás moi brandiñas, un contraste delicioso! E o toque suave, doce e avainillado da crema de augardente quédalle xenial 🙂 Aproveitando que sae o crumble tan quentiño, podemos engadirlle un chisco de xeado ou de crema de leite. Xa vedes que para ser unha sobremesa, é moi lixeira, cousa que non nos virá nada mal nas enchentas de Nadal, non si? Animádevos a preparar este saborosísmo crumble e triunfaredes seguro!!!

Apple Crumble
Apple crumble is the perfect recipe for Christmas dinners, healthy, light, tasty and hot! It has it all, right? And to give it an even more special touch, we will add some Bailey’s and some almonds, which are so typical of this festive season. 😀 This recipe is very quick and super tasty! Let’s go!
Ingredients:
– 2 apples
– 30 gr sugar
– Bailey’s
– For the crumble: 90 gr flour, 20 gr almonds, 60 gr butter and 50 gr brown sugar.
Step by step preparation:
1. Peel, chop apples and add sugar.
2. Meanwhile, let’s prepare the crumble! Mix finely chopped almond, flour, melted butter and brown sugar. Mix with your hands until crumble texture 😉
3. Then, pour some Bailey’s on the bottom of the mould and add chopped apples on top.
4. Add crumble and bake at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes. And that’s it!
Crumble will be veeery crunchy while apples will be soft and smooth. A so delicious contrast! I love the flavou Bailey’s adds to this cumble, so sweet and flavourful! As it is so hot coming from the oven, you can add some ice-cream or cream! Yummy! As you can see, it is the perfect recipe for this Christmas time because it’s quick, easy, delicious and healthy! And you can use whatever fruit is on season! If you prepare this delicious recipe, your dinner will absolutely be a success!
