Ingredientes:
– 25 galletas Oreo
– 75 gramos de manteiga
– 1 kg de cabaza
– 200 ml de leite condensado
– 2 ovos grandes batidos
– 150 gramos de azucre moreno
– 1 culleradiña de canela
– 1 chisco de sal
– 1/2 culleradiña de xenxibre
– 1/2 culleradiña de noz moscada
Preparación paso a paso:
1. Picamos as galletas Oreo, engadímoslle a manteiga desfeita e cubrimos o molde.
2. Cocemos a cabaza e, cando xa estea branda, escorrémola e pasámola polo pasapuré.
4. Mentres arrefría, mesturamos os ovos, o leite condensado, a canela, o sal, o xenxibre e a noz moscada.
5. Mesturamos ámbalas dúas masas coa batedora e vertémolas no molde.

Oreo and Pumpkin Cake
One of the best things about having a food blog is that everyone around you making recipes or trying new ones always thinks about you and sends you the recipe right away for you to post it on the blog. How lovely, isn’t it? And that how this recipe came! Super tasty, easy and quick! If you try it, you’re gonna love it. Let’s go!
Ingredients:
– 25 Oreo cookies
– 75 gr butter
– 1 kg pumpkin
– 200 ml condensed milk
– 2 big eggs, beaten
– 150 gr brown sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– a pinch of salt
– 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
– 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Step by step preparation:
1. Blend Oreos in the blender, melt the butter, mix and cover the mould.
2. Boil the pumpkin and when soft, drain it and pass it through the food mill.
3. Mix it with the sugar and boil again for around 10 minutes to get a thicker texture. Allow to cool.
4. Meanwhile, combine eggs, condensed milk, cinnamon, salt, ginger and nutmeg.
5. Put both mixtures together, mix with a mixer and pour the batter over the cookies base.
6. Bake at 225ºC/425ºF for 15 minutes and at 170ºC/350ºF for around 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. And that’s it!
Now we just have to let it cool and then take it out of the mould. The best mould for this cake is a spring form cake. If you don’t like Oreo cookies, you can use any other cookies you like, or even make it without the cookie base, the pumpkin part will be delicious as well. 🙂 As you can see, in only 6 steps, you’ll get this incredibly tasty pumpkin pie! Easy, right?
I hope you like it, prepare it and send me some pics!
