Crumble de espárragos trigueiros
Ata o de agora, o crumble sempre se tiña usado para as tortas de mazá, pero a verdade é que a esta receita tamén lle dá un toque orixinal. Por suposto que se non vos gusta, podedes facela sen facerlle o crumble, estará saborosa de calquera das maneiras. Imos aló!
Ingredientes:
– 400 gramos espárragos trigueiros
– 1 cebola
– 1 pemento vermello
– 1/2 vaso de leite
– 1 ovo batido
– 60 gramos de queixo relado
Para o crumble:
– 25 gramos de manteiga
– 50 gramos de fariña
– sal
– noz moscada (opcional)
Preparación paso a paso:
1. Fritimos a cebola, os espárragos e o pemento vermello cortados en anacos. Salgamos.
2. Cando xa estean fritidos, engadimos o medio vaso de leite, o queixo relado e o ovo batido e mesturamos ben a lume alto durante uns minutos.
3. Botámolo nun molde de forno. Reservamos e preparamos o crumble.
4. Coa manteiga a temperatura ambiente, mesturamos a manteiga coa fariña coas mans ata que teña unha textura areosa.
5. E esparexémolo por riba do revolto de trigueiros.
6. Metémolo no forno a 180°C ata que o crumble colla unha cor dourada. E listo!

Wild asparagus crumble
Up to now, crumble was basically used in apple crumble, but I can assure you it gives this dish a tasty touch you’ll love. Of course, if you don’t like crumble, you can just take it out, or add cheese, or any other ingredient you like. It will be delicious anyway 😉 Let’s go!
Ingredients:
– 400 gr wild asparagus
– 1 onion
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1/2 glass milk
– 1 beaten egg
– 60 gr grated cheese
For the crumble:
– 25 gr butter
– 50 gr flour
– salt
– nutmeg (optional)
Step by step preparation:
1. Chop and fry the onion, the asparagus e the red pepper. Salt.
2. When fried, add the milk, grated cheese and beaten egg. Mix at a high temperature for a couple of minutes.
3. Pour the mixture over a baking mould and keep for later.
4. Meanwhile, we will prepare the crumble. Mix the butter (at room temperature) with the flour with your hands until it gets a sandy-like texture.
5. Spread it over the asparagus mixture.
6. Bake it at 180°C/375°F until the crumble gets golden brown. And that’s it!
