Dificultade: moi sinxelo
Preparación paso a paso:
1. Corta a masa coa axuda do cortapastas.
Apreta as beiras cos dedos e márcaas coa axuda dun garfo.
5. Méteas no forno a 200 graos ata que as vexas douradiñas por riba. Déixaas arrefriar e… a gozar!!!

Pie pops
The day I prepared the Blackerry pie, I had some pastry left, so I started thinking what I could do. And I came up with this idea!
They are very easy and quick to do, and I think they’re perfect to be done with kids! They’ll love cutting the forms with the cookie cutter and putting the chocolate on the pastry to lick their fingers afterwards! 😛
Let’s see how we do them!
Ingredients:
– 1 disk shortcrust pastry
– 1 chocolate bar, marmelade… or whatever you want to put inside them
Utensils: cookie cutters, cake pop sticks and baking sheets.
Preparation time: around 10 minutes
Difficulty: very easy
Step by step preparation:
1. Cut the pastry with the cookie cutter. Remember you have to cut two halves of it, to put one down and another on the top.
2. Put a bit of chocolate, marmelade… on top of one of the halves. (My favourites are chocolate and banana, they’re super tasty!)
3. Put the stick on the pastry pushing carefully a little bit.
4. Wet the other half with water and put it on top of the other.Push the edges, marking them with a fork.
5. Put them in the oven until golden brown on the top, at a temperature of 200ºC / 400ºF. Let them cool and eat them right away! Children will surely love both doing them and eating them!
