Ingredientes:

– 1/2 banana
– 1 iogur natural sen azucre
– 1 cullerada de crema de cacahuete caseira
– 1 ovo
– 100 gramos de flocos de avea
– 1 culleradiña de fermento químico
– 1 chisco de vainilla
– arandos
– sirope de ágave ou mel

Preparación paso a paso:

Bo proveito!!!

Blueberry pancakes

I love preparing pancakes in the morning at the weekends! (’cause it’s when I have time to do it!) They are a very good alternative to other sweet treats, and you can prepare them with many different ingredients. And if you prepare them at home and you choose ingredients carefully, you can have lots of healthy pancakes! In fact, you can have a look at other recipes we have here on the blog and try this new one! It has neither flour nor sugar, and it has blueberries on it, which is always a good point! There are other secret ingredients which will give this pancakes the best flavour ever! Let’s go!

Ingredients:

– 1/2 banana
– 1 natural yoghurt
– 1 tbsp homemade peanut butter
– 1 egg
– 100 gr rolled oats
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
– blueberries
– agave syrup or honey

Step by step preparation:

1. Place all ingredients inside the food processor and process until all ingredients are well integrated.

2.Butter a frying pan and heat at a low-medium temperature. Pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of the pancake batter.

3. Place blueberries on top.

4. Flip the pancakes, and press lightly so the blueberries explode 😉 and let all the juice out! Yummy! And that’s it!

Now we just have to pour honey or syrup all over the pancakes so they get sweet, but please, don’t do like me, and don’t use too much 😀 Blueberries are so delicious! I love the way yoghurt makes these pancakes moist and smooth! Even if you don’t want to add honey or syrup, they’ll be super moist and fluffy. As usual, you can change the amount of ingredients according to what you most like! You’re gonna love them! Enjoy!!!
