A combinación chocolate-cacahuete é sublime!

Ingredientes:

– 100 gramos de galletas (das vosas preferidas)
– 50 gramos de manteiga
– 1 cullerada de crema de cacahuete
– 600 gramos de crema de queixo
– 180 + 120 gramos de azucre en po
– 1 culleradiña de esencia de vainilla
– 250 gramos de chocolate negro
– 500 gramos de crema de cacahuete

Molde de 20 cm.

Receita orixinal aquí!

Preparación paso a paso:

2. Mesturamos as galletas coa manteiga desfeita e a cullerada de crema de cacahuete.

No-bake chocolate and peanut butter cake

I know, I know, so many healthy recipes and now this super unhealthy cake with thousands and millions of calories! Well, not so many calories, I confess, but it tastes so good we are going to forgive each and every calorie it has! 🙂 One good point of this cake is you can have it in the fridge for days and so share out the calories along the days. The chocolate-peanut butter combination is sublime! But you can also try without the peanut butter, or use any other topping you like. This recipe has been taken from a quick recipe video I saw on the net, I will write the link below the ingredients list, and you can have a look at the video, which is always really helpful. Let’s go!

Ingredients:

– 100 gr biscuits (your favourite)
– 50 gr butter
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– 600 gr cream cheese
– 180 + 120 gr powdered sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
– 250 gr dark chocolate
– 500 gr peanut butter

Mould 20 cm.

Origina recipe here!

Step by step preparation:

1. Crush biscuits inside a plastic bag using a rolling pin until you get fine crumbs. It’s a great anti-stress therapy! 🙂

2. Mix crumbs with melted butter and the tbsp of peanut butter.

3. Cover the base of the mould with a baking sheet, covering only the base, so we can then take the cake out easily. The mould should be springform or one of those in which the base separates from the mould by pulling it up. Press the base mixture and keep in the fridge.

4. Whisk cream cheese, 108 grams of powdered sugar and vanilla.

5. Melt chocolate and add it to the mixture, mixing well. Pour the mixture over the biscuits base. Refrigerate.

6. Melt the peanut butter and mix it with the 120 grams of powdered sugar. Pour this mixture over the chocolate one and spread until it’s even.

7. Allow to cool in the fridge for, at least, 4 hours. In this case, as it usually happens, the good things come to those who wait. 😀 And that’s it!

I’ve seen quick videos like this one before, but I’ve never had the opportunity of preparing any of these recipes. Besides, I always had recipes at home, of my granny, my family, friends, and thinks I try and come out well 😉 This time, I decided to try this as well, and yes, I really liked the result! Ingredients are easy-to-find and just a few, so it’s worth the try! The only bad thing this super cake has is having to wait to eat it!!! Give it a try and you won’t regret it! 😉
