Filloas recheas

filloas recheas

Ingredientes:

– filloas caseiras (receita aquí)
– crema de queixo
– xamón cocido
– xamón serrano
– queixo cremoso
– ourego

Preparación paso a paso:

Stuffed filloas

filloas recheas

When it’s cold and rainy, I just feel like staying at home preparing filloas and, of course, eating them! It’s something my brain immediately associates. If you have ever prepared them, you know it’s one of the most delicious ways to heat it up, by both preparing and eating them 😉 And if you’re lucky enough to make them in a wood-burning stove, those filloas are a piece of heaven! I love filloas in every single way, especially fresh made! If I’m not the one in charge, I’m always next to the cook to take them as soon as they come out of the pan 😛 As I’m a confessed sushi lover, I made these filloas look like sushi (and yes, I had them with chopsticks!). Try different ingredients, filloas will match with every ingredient you can imagine. Cheese is always a good one, for sure! Let’s go!

Ingredients:

– homemade filloas (recipe here)
– cream cheese
– boiled ham
– serrano ham
– cheese slices
– oregano

Step by step preparation:

1. Place ingredients over one filloa: cheese, boiled han and serrano ham, or cream cheese and boiled ham.

2. Cover with another filloa so we get a pretty thick roll.

3. Roll the filloas and cut like sushi. Sprinkle some oregano and that’s it!

If you want it hotter, add ingredients over the filloa while still on the pan and then, close them in a triangle shape or in half. I love the ham, cheese, oregano combiantion because it reminds me of pizza 😉 And if you want a recommendation for a dessert, try them with honey, superb!!! Now that I’m writing about it, I’m going to go and have some with honey 😀 Enjoy!!!
