Estes roliños de shiitakes e verduras con prebe de soia son un prato ben xeitoso e socorrido para eses días nos que queremos comer algo saudábel sen ter que pasar moito tempo na cociña e con ingredientes ben sinxelos de atopar. Os shiitakes son uns cogomelos cun sabor moi intenso e diferente, e o prebe de soia quédalles de medo, xa veredes! Imos aló!

Ingredientes:

– 200 gramos de cogomelos shiitake
– 1 cabaciña
– 1 cenoria
– prebe de soia
– tortillas para os roliños

Preparación paso a paso:

1. Fritimos os shiitakes cortados en láminas cun chisco de manteiga.

2. Cando xa estean case no seu punto, apagamos o lume e engadimos un pouco de prebe de soia e remexemos ben.

3. Fritimos a cabaciña e maila cenoria cortadas en tiras ata que estean douradas e facemos o mesmo que cos shiitakes, apagamos o lume, engadimos prebe de soia e remexemos ben.

4. Agora só temos que quentar as tortillas, rechear, enrolar e papar!!! E listo!

Para acompañar, e para darlle un pouco o toque lambón, podemos tomar estes roliños cuns nachos caseiros con guacamole. Un menú rico, saudábel e, sobre todo, moi saboroso! Quen se atreve con estes riquísimos roliños?

These shiitake wraps with soy sauce and veggies are perfect for those days in which we feel like having something healthy, quick and tasty, but we do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Shiitakes are a type of mushroom with an intense flavour and a very smooth texture. They match with soy sauce perfectly, you’ll see! Let’s go!

Ingredients:

– 200 gr shiitake
– 1 zucchini
– 1 carrot
– soy sauce
– tortilla wraps

Step by step preparation:

1. Sautée shiitakes cut into strips with some butter.

2. When shiitakes are ready, turn heat off, add some soy sauce and mix well.

3. Sautée zucchini and carrot cut into strips until golden brown and somehow crispy. Then, repeat what we did with shiitakes, turn heat off, add soy sauce and mix.

4. Now we just have to heat the tortilla wraps, fill them with veggies ans shiitakes and roll!!! That’s it!

We can eat these delicious wraps with some homemade nachos and guacamole!!! Wow! Delicious! A very healthy, flavourful, quick and simple menu for all the family!!! Who’s in for these delicious shiitake wraps?
