Como xa vos adiantei o venres, esta semana tocaba unha lambonada das boas, desas para os días máis larpeiros 😀 Os coulants sempre están de vicio, o de chocolate, que é o de sempre, xa está moi bo, mais este de caramelo non queda atrás. E se lle engadides un chisco de sal, xa está de vicio máximo!!! Xa veredes! Imos aló!

Ingredientes:

– 200 gramos de azucre + 100 ml de nata para facer o caramelo (receita aquí)
– 100 gramos de manteiga
– 75 gramos de fariña tamizada
– 3 ovos
– sal (opcional)

Preparación paso a paso:

1. Preparamos o caramelo caseiro, coma sempre, cunhas pinguiñas de auga ata que estea douradiño. Despois, sacamos o caramelo do lume e engadimos a nata moi pouco a pouco e con moito tino, non vos queimedes! Mesturamos todo ben e poñémolo ao lume de novo ata que estea ben integrado.

2. Engadimos os ovos batidos, a manteiga desfeita e a fariña xirgada e mesturamos.

3. Botamos manteiga nos moldes e vertemos a masa do coulant.

4. Conxelámolos durante, como mínimo, dúas horas.

5. Enfornamos a 180ºC durante uns 15-20 minutos ou ata que vexamos que a parte superior do coulant está feita, mais aínda brandiña 😉

6. Dámoslle a volta aos coulants e listo!

Agora só temos que coller a culler e deixar que ese corazón líquido do coulant saia para fóra, mmmm, que pintaza!!! Caramel lava cake

As I told you last Friday on facebook, this week’s sweet recipe is a veeery good and tasty one! 😀 Lava cakes are always delicious, the most typical one, the chocolate lava cake is very flavouful! But this caramel lava cake is awesome!!! And if you add some salt and turn it into a salted caramel lava cake, it will be the best lava cake ever!!! Let’s go!

Ingredients:

– 200 gr sugar + 100 ml whipping cream (recipe here)
– 100 gr butter
– 75 gr sifted flour
– 3 eggs
– salt (optional)

Step by step preparation:

1. Let’s prepare some homemade caramel sauce with sugar and some water, until golden brown. Then, take caramel out of the heat, and add cream very slowly and carefully, don’t burn yourself! Mix all really well and heat it up again until well integrated.

2. Add beaten eggs, melted butter and sifted flour and mix.

3. Spread butter over the moulds and pour the coulant batter.

4. Freeze coulants for, at least, 2 hours.

5. Bake at 180ºC/375ºF for 15-20 minutes or until we see the top of the coulant is cooked, but soft 😉

6. Turn each coulant upside down and that’s it!

Now, just take any spoon or knife, or whatever you have around and open the coulant until you see the liquid coming out of the coulant, so yummy!!! Add some salt and make it even more delicious! As you can see, this recipe is incredibly easy and absolutely tasty, so wait no more and take some time to prepare this coulant! I’m sure you won’t regret it!
