O mellor do couscous é que se fai nun momento e case todo o que se lle bota acaelle ben. Os ingredientes desta receita non son os de sempre, mais a combinación de todos eles é incrible, xa veredes! Imos aló!

Ingredientes para 2 persoas:

– 200 gramos de couscous
– 200 ml de auga (para facer o couscous)
– 2 allos
– 1 cebola
– 1 tomate natural relado
– 1 mazá
– unhas cantas uvas pasas
– curry (ao gusto)

Preparación paso a paso:

1. Para facer o couscous, fervemos a auga, apagamos o lume e botamos o couscous. Deixamos repousar.

2. Fritimos a cebola, os allos e o tomate natural relado.

3. Cando xa estean a punto, engadimos a mazá en anacos e o curry e fritimos un chisco máis.

4. Engadimos as pasas, mesturamos ben e botamos o couscous cocido. Remexemos todo ben, probamos de sal e de curry, por se queremos engadir máis, e listo!

A maza e as pasas danlle un sabor moi particular e diferente, que seguro que vos gustará un montón! A cantidade de curry depende do que vos guste; o mellor é ir probando porque ás veces o curry arrecende moi forte mais non deixa tanto sabor como parece. Probade e xa veredes como vos encanta!

The best thing about couscous is that is it’s ready in a bit and it’s delicious with whatever you may want to prepare it. The ingredients of this recipe are a little bit different from the usual ones, but they match perfectly! Let’s go!

Ingredients for 2 people:

– 200 gr couscous
– 200 ml water
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 onion
– 1 shredded tomato
– 1 apple
– some raisins
– curry (at your choice)

Step by step preparation:

1. To prepare couscous, boil 200 ml water in a pan, take it out from heat, add couscous and let settle.

2. Fry onion, garlic cloves and shredded tomato.

3. When almost ready, add chopped apple and curry. Mix and fry.

4. Add raisins, mix well and add couscous. Mix until integrated and add some more salt and curry if needed. And that’s it!

Apple and raisins give this recipe a special and flavourful touch that you’re gonna love! The amount of curry depends on your how much you like it; but don’t forget to taste it from time to time as curry usually smells stronger than the actual flavour it adds to food.
