Salmón ao forno con prebe de soia e verduriñas

Despois de taaantas e taaantas paparotas, boa falta fan unhas receitas máis saudables e que non nos dean moito choio. Esta é a primeira delas, un saboroso salmón ao forno con verduriñas e salsa de soia. Un prato moi sinxelo, rápido, cheo de sabor e moi saudable. Imos aló!

Ingredientes para 2 persoas:

– 1 anaco grande de lombo de salmón
– 1 cabaciño
– 1 berenxena
– 1/2 cebola
– prebe de soia
– sal
– pementa, sésamo (opcionais)

Preparación paso a paso:

1. O primeiro que facemos é cortar o salmón en tiras, quitarlle as espiñas, e botarlle pementa, sal e prebe de soia. Tapámolo e refrixerámolo mentres preparamos as verduras.

2. Cortamos as verduras en tiras e fritímolas cun chisco de sal. Cando xa estean case feitas, botámolas sobre un molde de forno forrado con papel de aluminio e esparexemos 2 culleradas de prebe de soia. Podemos engadir tamén un chisco de sésamo.

3. Poñemos o salmón enriba das verduras.

4. Tapamos o molde con outra folla de papel de aluminio e enfornamos a 180°C durante uns 30 minutos, ou ata que vexades que o salmón está no seu punto. E listo!

Baked salmon with veggies and soy sauce

After so many dinners all along Christmas, it’s time to prepare some healthy and easy dishes. This will be the first one from the healthy one we will be preparing after Xmas, this baked salmon with veggies and soy sauce is a very simple dish, quick, full of flavour and very healthy. Let’s go!

Ingredients for 2:

– 1 big salmon fillet
– 1 zucchini
– 1 aubergine
– 1/2 onion
– soy sauce
– salt
– pepper, sesame seeds (optionals)

Step by step preparation:

1. The first thing we have to do is to cut the salmon fillet into strips, taking all the bones out and add some pepper, salt and soy sauce. Cover it with some plastic wrap and put it in the fridge.

2. Cut the veggies into strips and fry them with some salt. When almost done, pour them over a baking mould covered with tin foil, and spread two tablespoons of soy sauce. You may add some sesame seeds as well.

3. Put the salmon on top of the veggies.

4. Cover the mould with another tin foil sheet and bake at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes, or until you see the salmon is cooked. And that’s it!
