Cando chegan as paparotas do Nadal, o que menos precisamos é ter que empregar aínda máis tempo en preparar as lambonadas, por iso esta panna cotta de turrón é a sobremesa perfecta para noitevella! Leva un dos ingredientes máis típicos do Nadal, faise nun plis plas, pódese deixar feita do día anterior e está boííísima!!! E se non sodes de facer larpeiradas nesta época, sempre podedes facela para aproveitar ese turrón que acostuma a sobrar 😉 Imos aló!

Ingredientes:

– 200 ml de tona
– 100 ml de leite
– 1 cullerada de azucre
– 125 gramos de turrón brando
– 3 láminas de xelatina neutra

Preparación paso a paso:

1. Poñemos as láminas de xelatina a remollo.

2. Poñemos ao lume a tona, o leite, o azucre e o turrón, que desfaremos coas mans para que se mesture ben, e quentamos ata que estea a punto de ferver.

3. Cando estea ben quente, sacamos a mestura do lume, escorremos as láminas e engadímolas á panna cotta, mesturando todo de novo.

4. Poñémola nos moldes e deixámola arrefriar, refrixerándoa durante a lo menos 5 horas. E listo!

At Christmas, we have to prepare so many dishes that we do not usually have time to prepare some Christmas sweet treats, but this panna cotta is the perfect Christmas time dessert. It’s made with one of the most typical Christmas ingredients, you will need only 5 minutes to prepare it, you can even prepare it one or two days before the celebration day and, the best of all…it’s delicious!!! And if you do not prepare sweet treats at Christmas, you can always make it afterwards, if you have some turron leftovers. Let’s go!

Ingredients:

– 200 ml cream
– 100 ml milk
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 125 gr soft turron
– 3 gelatine leaves

Step by step preparation:

1. First of all, wet the gelatine leaves with some cold water.

2. Heat the cream, milk, sugar and turron, which we will turn into crumbs before adding it for it to mix well. Heat it for a while and until all ingredients are well integrated, but don’t let it boil.

3. When hot, take it out of the heat. Take the gelatine leaves out of the water and dry them. Add them to the previous mixture and mix again.

6. Pour the batter over the moulds and allow to cool. Then, put it in the fridge for, at least, 5 hours. And that’s it!

As you can see, a very easy, no-bake, quick, yummy and very suitable recipe at Christmas! 😀
