Turrón de chocolate caseiro
En canto vexades o rápido e sinxelo que resulta facer o turrón de chocolate na casa e o bo que está, seguro que non o volvedes mercar! Nuns 10 minutiños e cuns ingredientes ben doados de atopar, teredes un turrón de chocolate ao que, ademáis, poderedes engadirlle outros ingredientes que vos gusten e facelo totalmente persoalizado! 🙂 Imos aló!
Ingredientes:
– 200 gramos de chocolate con leite
– 100 gramos de chocolate negro
– 40 gramos de manteiga de porco*
– 80 gramos de crispis de chocolate
*A manteiga de porco merqueina porque a dos rixóns téñoa reservada para as filloas. Se tamén a tendes que mercar, esta era da marca El Pozo e haina en calquera supermercado.
Preparación paso a paso:
1. Derretemos os chocolates e a manteiga de porco no microondas, vixilando e remexendo de cando en cando para que non se nos queime. (Como sempre vos digo, mellor en función desconxelar).
2. En canto xa estean ben derretidos, engadímoslle os crispis de chocolate e mesturamos ben.
3. Botámolo sobre o noso molde (tamén caseiro) engraxado con manteiga e deixamos que arrefrie. Para que non se nos abra o molde, podédelo apretar un chisco con dous vasos, e en canto estea duro, xa os podedes sacar. Cando estea frío, tapámolo cun papel transparente e metémolo na neveira. E listo!
Con 3 pasiños de nada e só 4 ingredientes, teredes ante vós un turrón de chocolate de relamber os dedos! E ademáis, podedes engadirlle anacos de galletas Oreo, améndoas, avelás…e moitas lambonadas máis! Desculpas non hai, va que non? Así que agardo as vosas fotos. Bo proveito!

Homemade chocolate turron
As soon as you see how easy and quick preparing chocolate turron at home is, you will never buy it again! Ingredients:
– 200 gr milk chocolate
– 100 gr dark chocolate
– 40 gr pork lard
– 80 gr cocoa krispies
Step by step preparation:
1. Melt the chocolates and the lard in the microwave, watching it out and mixing from time to time to stop it from burning. (As I always tell you, you’d better use the defrost option).
2. As soon as they’re melted, add the cocoa krispies and mix well.
3. Spread some butter all around the mould (homemade too from a milk brick) and pour the choc and krispies mixture over it. If the mould opens a little bit, put two glasses pushing a bit both long sides. When hard, you can take them out, cover it with some plastic wrap and put it in the fridge. And that’s it!
With 3 simple steps and only 4 ingredients, you’ll have in front of you this extra tasty chocolate turron, which will make you lick your fingers! Besides, you can add it some chopped Oreo cookies, almonds, hazelnuts…and almost all you can think of! There are no excuses, so I’m already waiting for your pics! Enjoy it!
