Non sei vós, pero eu era (e son) unha fan de Doraemon! Encantábame merendar vendo Doraemon na galega cando era pequena, agardando a ver que sacaba do seu peto máxico. E sempre sentin certa curiosidade por probar eses pasteliños polos que devecía o gato cósmico. O certo é que os orixinais están recheos de anko, unha faba doce, pero os de chocolate tamén son moi comúns e están de vicio! E xa que temos a nosa crema de cacao caseira, aproveitaremos para empregala 🙂 Imos aló!

Ingredientes para 7 dorayakis (14 metades):

– 2 ovos
– 120 gramos de azucre
– 50 gramos de mel
– 2 gramos de bicarbonato
– 2 gramos de fermento en po
– 200 gramos de fariña
– 120 ml de auga
– crema de cacao caseira

Preparación paso a paso:

1. Batemos os ovos e engadimos o mel e o azucre mesturando ben.

2. Desfacemos o bicarbonato na auga e engadímolo.

3. Mesturamos a fariña e mailo fermento en po, e iremos engadíndoo á mestura pouco a pouco, vixiando que a masa non forme gromos. (O mellor é tamizala para que non saian bolos)

4. Cun pinceliño, untamos aceite na tixola. Eu só botei aceite da primeira vez, porque vin que non se pegaba.

5. Botamos 3 culleradas de masa. (Para facelo, botamos as tres culleradas no cazo, e así xa calculamos o que nos levará, e xa non temos que andar contando as culleradas.) Botamos a masa na tixola un pouco dende arriba para que xa se vaia abrindo e quede un dorayaki ben redondiño.

6. Cando saian burbulliñas, é cando lle hai que dar a volta. E polo outro lado, pouco tardan en facerse.

7. Se cando lle damos a volta, vemos que ten estes debuxos

quere dicir que temos a tixola moi quente. Para que vos fagades unha idea, a vitro que teño vai do 1 ao 9, e para que me saíran lisiñas (como deben ser), púxena ao 4, polo que o lume ten que estar moi baixo.

8. Cando xa teñamos os dorayakis listos, só temos que rechealos da crema de cacao caseira que fixemos.

E ñaaam! A zampar! Están boísimos, tanto fríos coma quentes.

Por suposto o recheo podédelo cambiar, podedes facelos con marmelada, crema de chocolate branco, ou simplemente azucre ou ao natural. Se os gardades na neveira envoltos en film transparente, aguantarán varios días.

I don’t know about you, but I was (and still am) a big Doraemon fan! I loved watching it in the afternoon when I came back from school, with my eyes wide open, waiting for the cosmic cat to take something out of its magic pocket! And I always felt curious about those chocolate treats Doraemon enjoyed so much. The truth is that the original ones are filled with anko, a sweet bean, but chocolate ones are incredibly tasty! And as we have our homemade nutella around, we’ll use it in this recipe too 🙂 Let’s go!

Ingredients for 7 dorayakis (14 halves):

– 2 eggs
– 120 gr sugar
– 50 gr honey
– 2 gr baking soda
– 2 gr baking powder
– 200 gr flour
– 120 ml water
– homemade nutella

Step by step preparation:

1. Beat the eggs, add the sugar and honey and mix well.

2. Mix the baking soda and the water and stir until dissolved. Add it to the mixture.

3. Mix the baking powder and the flour, sift it and add it bit by bit to the mixture.

4. With a pastry brush, spread some oil over the pan. I just did it the first time, but if you see the batter sticks to the pan, spread some oil before each dorayaki.

5. Pour 3 tablespoons of batter over the pan from some distance for it to fall with some strength, thus, the batter will spread and get that round shape.

6. When you see these bubbles, it’s time to flip it! You’ll just have to wait some seconds for the other side to be ready.

7. If when you flip it, you see these spots,

it’s because the temperature of the pan is too high. Just to give you an approximate idea of the temperature, my cooker goes from 1 to 9 and I did them at 4, so you’ll have to cook them at a very low temperature. But this depends on the cooker and the pan.

8. When dorayakis are ready, just fill them with your homemade nutella.

And that’s it! Yummy! They’re amazing when hot and amazing when cold 😉

Of course you can fill them with anything you like, jam, marmelade, white chocolate cream, some sugar or just like that. If you keep them in the fridge, you’ll have your dorayakis in perfect conditions for some days.
