Ingredientes:
– 250 gramos de bacallau desalgado e esmigallado
– leite
– 1 cebola
– 1 cullerada de fariña
– 3 patacas medianas
– 200 ml de nata (tona)
– queixo relado
Preparación paso a paso:
Mesturamos o bacallau coa cebola e fritimos.
3. Engadimos a cullerada de fariña e mesturamos ben.
4. Engadimos o leite de cocer o bacallau e facemos unha bechamel co bacallau. Cando estea lista, reservamos.
7. Botamos a nata.
E listo!
Xa vedes que sinxela é esta receita. E está saborosísima!!! Xa estou desexando facela de novo. Se a facedes, repetiredes seguro 😉

Bacalhau com natas (Cod with cream)
I love cod cooked in every single way, fried, à Bráz, in an omelette, baked…but one of my favourites is this one, Cod with cream. This was my first attempt after trying it in a restaurant in Compostela, and I must confess I’m really happy with the result, so I hope you try and do it too. I’m sure you’re gonna love it. Let’s go!
Ingredients:
– 250 gr cod desalinated and broken apart
– milk
– 1 onion
– 1 tablespoon flour
– 3 mediumd size potatoes, laminated
– 200 ml cream
– grated cheese
Step by step preparation:
1. Boil the cod in milk. The quantity will depend on the quantity of cod, we will pour enough milk to cover the cod.
2. Fry the onion until it looks transparent. When the cod is ready, drain it and keep the milk for later. Add the cod to the onions and fry.
3. Add the tablespoon of flour and mix well.
4. Add the reserved milk to the cod and onion and make a sort of white sauce. When done, keep for later.
5. Fry the potatoes at a low medium heat, for them not to be crunchy but as if they were boiled.
6. Once fried, put them in a baking mould, like forming a base. Add the cod and spread it all over the potatoes.
7. Add the cream.
8. Sprinkle the grated cheese and bake it at 180°C/375°F until golden brown on top. And that’s it!
As you can see, the recipes is really easy and the flavour is incredibly amazing!!! I’m already looking forward to doing it again. If you prepare it, you’ll definitely repeat 😉
