Ingredientes para 4 persoas:

– 1 leituga iceberg
– 1/2 cebola
– 1/2 lata pequena de millo doce
– 1 cenoria relada
– unhas poucas olivas verdes
– 3 latas pequenas de atún
– 8 barriñas de caranguexo
– un paquetiño de anguriñas
– 1 allo
– uns poucos picatostes de allo
– 2 ovos
– unhas olivas negras
– 2 queixiños

Preparación paso a paso:

1. Lavamos a leituga, escurrímola ben, partímola en anacos e colocámola nun bol ou nun prato sopeiro. Cortamos a cebola en tiras e aliñamos ámbalas dúas cousas.

2. Engadimos o millo, a cenoria relada, as olivas, o atún (dúas latas), e as barriñas de caranguexo cortadas en dadiños.

3. Salteamos as anguriñas cunha cullerada de aceite e un allo laminado. Reservámolas para despois.

4. Agora faremos a araña. E listo! Só tes que poñer todo enriba do ovo e formar a arañiña!

5. Coloca as anguriñas enriba da ensalada, e pon a araña no medio. Por último, engade os picatostes, para que non se poñan brandos. E xa está! Xa temos a nosa ensalada de Samaín lista!

– 1/2 onion
– 1/2 can sweet corn
– 1 grated carrot
– some olives
– 3 small cans runa fish
– 8 kingcrab sticks
– 1 packet surimi baby eels (250 gr)
– 1 garlic
– some garlic croutons
– 2 eggs
– some black olives
– 2 cheese wedges

Preparación paso a paso:

1. Wash the lettuce, drain it, cut it into pieces and put it in a bowl. Cut the onion and add it. Dress all this with a vinaigrette.

2. Add the sweet corn, the grated carrot, the olives, 2 cans tuna and the kingcrab sticks, chopped.

3. Saute the surimi baby eels with a tablespoon of olice oil and a garlic. Keep it for later.

4. Time to make the spider! Boil the eggs, then, cut it into halves, and mix the yolk with the other can of tuna and the cheese wedges. Stuff the egg whites with this mixture. Cut one black olive into two, horizontally, to use it as the head of the spider. Then, cut another one into two, this time vertically, yo use it as the body. Cut another one vertically into 6 to make the legs. Now put all this together on top of the stuffed egg. And there we have our spider!

5. Add the surimi baby eels over the salad, and set the spider in the middle. Then, add the garlic croutons and that’s it! Samhain salad ready!
