Espagueti con gambas ao curry
Unha receitiña moi sinxela e rápida, como a min me gustan! Aproveitando que tiña curry pola casa, pensei en usalo para darlle un toque diferente a uns espaguetis con gambas. E que bo está!
Ingredientes:
– 100 gramos de espagueti
– 50 gramos de gambas
– 1 allo
– uns 50 ml de leite evaporado
– curry ao gusto
Preparación paso a paso:
1. Cocemos os espaguetis segundo indique o envase. Escorrémolos e deixámolos repousar.
2. Fritimos unhas gambiñas cun allo cortado en tiras. E cando estean case feitas, engadimos o leite evaporado e mailo curry.
3. Deixámolo ferver, e cando xa estea cremoso, engadimos os espaguetis e mesturamos todo ben. E listo!

Another easy and quick recipe, my favourites! As I had some curry at home, I decided to use it to give a special touch to this shrimp spaghetti. And it’s very tasty! Let’s see how to prepare it!
Ingredients:
– 100 gr spaghetti
– 50 gr shrimp
– 1 garlic
– around 50 ml evaporated milk
– curry, at your choice
Step by step preparation:
1. Boil the spaghetti as indicated by the packet. Strain them and keep them for later.
2. Fry the shrimps together with a chopped garlic. When they’re almos done, add the evaporated milk and the curry.
3. Boil it until creamy and add the spaghetti. Mix it well and that’s it!
