Magdalenas de vainilla tuiteiras

Iuhuuu!!! E chegamos aos 100 seguidores en twitter!!! (@kukinhasblogue) Que alegría! “I’m so excited…and I just can’t hide it…” Graciñas mil a todas aquelas persoas que me seguen por twitter, aos que sempre len, retuitean ou poñen como favoritos os meus tuits, aos que visitan o blogue de cando en cando, aos que entran por casualidade a ver algunha receita e aos fans incondicionales que lle botan un ollo tódolos días! GRACIÑAS!!! E para celebralo, traiovos unha receitiña de magdalenas de vainilla.

É unha receita doada, con ingredientes sinxelos e un excelente resultado. Animádevos a facelas e a contarme, xa veredes como repetides! Imos aló!

Ingredientes:

– 1 ovo
– 70 ml de leite
– 1 cullerada de vainilla
– 1/2 sobriño de fermento (uns 8 gramos)
– 100 gramos de fariña
– 70 gramos de azucre
– un chisquiño de sal
– 70 gramos de aceite de oliva suave ou de xirasol

Cantidade de magdalenas: 8
Utensilios: bol, batedor, molde para magdalenas.
Tempo de preparación: menos de 10 minutos
Tempo no forno: 15 minutos

Preparación paso a paso:

1. Mesturamos os ingredientes líquidos, agás o aceite: o ovo, o leite e a vainilla; e batemos todo ben.

2. Engadimos os ingredientes secos, previamente tamizados e batemos ata que estea todo integrado.

3. Engadimos o aceite e batemos de novo.

4. Deixamos repousar a masa na neveira durante unha media hora, aproximadamente. Se non tedes tempo, tampouco pasaría nada por saltar este paso. 😉

5. Enchemos os moldes case ata arriba e metémolo no forno durante uns 15 minutos a 180º ou ata que cravando un escarvadentes na magdalena, este saia limpo.

6. Deixámolas arrefriar e listo! Están boííísimas no momento, ao pasar un tempo, ou ao día seguinte porque teñen unha textura moi esponxosa!

THANK YOU!!! And to celebrate it, these delicious vanilla muffins!

A very eeeasy recipe, with easy-to-find ingredients and an excellent result. So, if you prepare them, they won’t let you down and you’ll sure repeat! Let’s go!

Ingredients:

– 1 egg
– 70 ml milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
– 8 gr baking powder
– 100 gr plain flour
– 70 gr sugar
– a pinch of salt
– 70 gr smooth olive oil or sunflower oil

Number of muffins: 8
Utensils: bowl, whisk, muffin mould.
Preparation time: less than 10 minutes
Baking time: 15 minutes

Step by step preparation:

1. Mix the wet ingredients, except the oil: the egg, the milk and the vanilla.

2. Add the dry ones and whisk until well combined.

3. Add the oil and whisk again.

4. Let the batter cool in the fridge for around half an hour. If you’re in a hurry, you can just jump this step.

5. Stir the batter over the mould or papers and bake it for c. 15 minutes at a temperature of 180ºC/350°F, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the muffin comes out clean.

6. Let them cool and… That’s it! They’re absolutely tasty when hot, cold or the day after, cause the texture is incredibly fluffy!
